Participating in this program, the learners will obtain psychological and social procedures in professional orientation, analysis of training, labor and job. The learners can assess the needs and abilities of their objectives, understand well and practice skills of consultation, use effectively assessment tools, ability to organize activities for professional orientation organizations. Especially, the learners will have ability to suggest methods and strategies typical support for psychological activities and become consulting experts in education, human resources management and recruitment. This program will support professional orientation system in Vietnam.

MASTER PROGRAM OF PSYCHOLOGY AND PRACTICE PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION 2007-2008

 The program is taught in French by professors of the French National Institute for Art and Professional Orientation  (CNAM) and the Faculty of Education in the framework of the French University Center in Hanoi (PUF Hà Nội).

 I.     Objectives

 After completing this program, the learners will:

Ø      Obtain firmly knowledge of the psychological and social procedures in professional orientation, knowledge of career and professional development and placement and analysis of training, labor and job;

Ø      Have ability to assess knowledge and experiences, obtain techniques of consultation, skill generalization, control the relations in consultation and effectively use consultation tools;

Ø      Have ability to organize activities for professional and career orientation organizations, especially have ability to suggest typical tools for psychological activities;

Ø       Become consulting experts in education, human resources management and recruitment in schools, in research institutes and in the government and regional organizations.

      II.       Degree

Degree of Psychology and Practice professional orientation awarded by The French National Institute of Art and Professional Orientation (CNAM) (European Licence- Master- Docteur), recognized in over the world.

 III.     Training duration: 2 years

-         120 European transfer Credit System (ECTS)

-         12 week continuous internship or two period internship

Besides professional learning, students will learn French 4h/week

 IV.       Selection criteria and mean.

Ø      Criteria:

-         Students must complete bachelor degree in psychology, sociology, economics, pedagogy and other social fields and foreign languages.

-         Privilege given to students who have French proficiency.

Ø      Selection mean: selection will be conducted through student profile.

  This program will award 100%, 50% or 25 % scholarship for study in France (Apply only for master 2-M2).
