- Gia hạn học tập lần 1 theo quyết định số 3150 /QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 13/12/2023 của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Giáo dục.
- Gia hạn học tập lần 2 theo quyết định số 3720 /QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 10/12/2024 của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Giáo dục.

11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
- Về lý luận: Bổ sung và phát triển cơ sở lý luận về quản lý đào tạo nhân lực trình độ cao đẳng theo hướng nông nghiệp thông minh; xác lập mô hình tiếp cận tích hợp CIPO – Logic Model làm khung phân tích và cải tiến quản lý trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số.
- Về mô hình nghiên cứu: Đề xuất mô hình quản lý đào tạo theo chuỗi nhân – quả “đầu vào – quá trình – đầu ra – tác động”, có cơ chế phản hồi và cải tiến liên tục, phù hợp tiếp cận quản lý theo kết quả.
12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: (nếu có)
- Về thực tiễn: Phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng quản lý đào tạo tại các cơ sở GDNN thuộc Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường, chỉ ra hạn chế và nguyên nhân, làm cơ sở đề xuất hệ thống giải pháp khả thi.
- Về giá trị ứng dụng: Kết quả nghiên cứu có thể làm tài liệu tham khảo cho hoạch định chính sách, kiểm định chất lượng và phát triển nhân lực kỹ thuật, góp phần thúc đẩy chuyển đổi số và hiện đại hóa nông nghiệp Việt Nam.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- The thesis contributes to the theoretical and practical foundations of training management at the college level within vocational education institutions oriented toward smart agriculture development. The study advances an integrated CIPO–Logic Model framework as a comprehensive analytical approach for improving training management in the context of digital transformation.
- Furthermore, the research proposes a results-based management model structured along a cause–effect chain of input, process, output, and impact, incorporating feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
- The research analyzes the current status of training management at vocational education institutions under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, identifying key limitations and underlying causes. Based on these findings, the thesis proposes a system of feasible and evidence-based solutions.
- The results of the study may serve as reference materials for policy formulation, quality assurance, and technical human resource development, thereby contributing to digital transformation and the modernization of Vietnamese agriculture.
13. Further research directions, if any: Promoting digital transformation of training programs at vocational education institutions to modernize human resource training for Vietnamese agriculture, aiming for international integration.
