- Đề tài nghiên cứu được phép đổi tên thành: “Ảnh hưởng của kết quả đánh giá chương trình đào tạo theo tiêu chuẩn AUN-QA đến cải tiến chất lượng giảng dạy các ngành kỹ thuật tại một số cơ sở giáo dục đại học ở Việt Nam” tại Quyết định số 775/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 13/05/2022 của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Giáo dục, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội.

11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:

Luận án đã trực tiếp đóng góp vào giải quyết một số nội dung về lý luận và thực tiễn của chuyên ngành Đo lường và đánh giá trong giáo dục sau đây:

- Về lý luận: Hoàn thiện lý thuyết đánh giá giáo dục đại học, ĐG CTĐT theo tiêu chuẩn AUN-QA, tạo cơ sở cho nghiên cứu sau này.

- Về thực tiễn: Đưa ra giải pháp cải tiến chất lượng giảng dạy, giúp các cơ sở giáo dục phát triển CTĐT.

- Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Phát triển công cụ và phương pháp đo lường mới, nâng cao độ chính xác trong đánh giá ảnh hưởng của CTĐT AUN-QA và mở đường cho nghiên cứu sâu hơn.

12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: Có thể áp dụng ngay bộ công cụ đo lường của luận án để tìm hiểu ảnh hưởng của kết quả đánh giá CTĐT đến cải tiến chất lượng giảng dạy tại các trường đại học nói chung và các trường đại học kỹ thuật nói riêng.

13. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo:

-  Kết quả của nghiên cứu này có thể được mở rộng bằng cách xem xét các cơ sở giáo dục đại học đã thực hiện đánh giá chương trình đào tạo ở chu kỳ 2, qua đó phân tích sâu hơn những cải tiến trong từng ngành học sau một chu kỳ đánh giá.

-  Tiếp tục nghiên cứu về ảnh hưởng của kết quả đánh giá CTĐT đến cải tiến chất lượng giảng dạy với đối tượng khảo sát là sinh viên các khóa khác nhau để xác định cải tiến chất lượng giảng dạy.

- Có thể thực hiện nghiên cứu mở rộng với cỡ mẫu lớn hơn, bao gồm giảng viên từ cả các trường đại học công lập và tư thục, nhằm đánh giá nhiều mô hình đại học khác nhau, qua đó khái quát hóa kết quả và đưa ra những kết luận chính xác hơn.

-  Xem xét những yếu tố ảnh hưởng gián tiếp nhưng không kém phần quan trọng như sự phản hồi của người học và cựu sinh viên, sự hợp tác doanh nghiệp và ngành công nghiệp đến cải tiến chất lượng giảng dạy.

The thesis has directly contributed to solving a number of theoretical and practical contents of the following major in Measurement and Assessment in Education:

- Theoretical aspects: Enhance the theory of higher education assessment and program assessment based on AUN-QA standards, providing a foundation for future research.

- Practical aspects: Propose solutions for improving teaching quality, supporting educational institutions in developing their curricula.

- Research methodology: Develop new tools and measurement methods to improve the accuracy in assessing the impact of AUN-QA programs, paving the way for further in-depth research.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The measurement tool developed in thesis can be immediately applied to assess the influence of QA assessment results at programme level on teaching quality improvements at universities in general, and some technical universities in particular.

13. Further research directions, if any:

-  The results of this study can be expanded by examining educational institutions (HEIs) that have undergone a second cycle of program assessment, thereby allowing for a clearer analysis of improvements after one assessment cycle.

- A similar study can be conducted with a focus on students as survey subjects to determine how teaching practices have improved and how facilities have been enhanced across different student cohorts.

- A larger-scale study could be conducted, involving faculty from both public and private universities, to evaluate various university models, thereby generalizing the results and drawing more accurate conclusions.

- Consider the indirect  but equally important factors such as feedback from learners and alumni, collaboration with businesses and industries in improving teaching quality.
