6. Các thay đổi trong quá trình đào tạo:
- Quyết định giáo đề tài và cử CBHD theo QĐ số: 1521/QĐ-ĐHGD, ngày 16/10/2017 của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Giáo dục, được giao đề tài luận án tiến sĩ: “Quản lí hoạt động đào tạo đại học tại Học viện Nông nghiệp Việt Nam theo Khung trình độ quốc gia Việt Nam”.
- Cho phép NCS được đổi tên luận án theo Quyết định số 516/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 13 tháng 04 năm 2018. Tên luận án được đổi thành: “Ảnh hưởng của tự chủ đại học đối với kết quả đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học ở Việt Nam”.
- Chỉnh sửa tên đền tài: Quyết định số 2168/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 30/07/2024 của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Giáo dục. Tên đề tài được điều chỉnh là: Ảnh hưởng của tự chủ đại học đối với kết quả đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học (nghiên cứu tại một số cơ sở GDĐH công lập được lựa chọn ở Việt Nam).
- Gia hạn học tập 12 tháng từ ngày 14/7/2020 – 14/07/2021) tại Quyết định số: 968/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 16/7/2020 về việc cho phép Nghiên cứu sinh khoá QH – 2017 – S được kéo dài thời gian học tập lần 1.
- Gia hạn học tập 12 tháng tại Quyết định số: 1259/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 09/7/2021 về việc cho phép Nghiên cứu sinh 2017 đợt 1 kéo dài thời gian học tập lần 2.
- Trả về cơ quan công tác: Quyết định số 1142/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 11/07/2022 của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Giáo dục.
- Cho phép NCS trở lại trường để bảo vệ luận án: Quyết định số 1495/QĐ-ĐHGD ngày 22/06/2023.

11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
Luận án là công trình NCKH chuyên sâu về ảnh hưởng của TCĐH đối với kết quả đào tạo, NCKH trong các cơ sở GDĐH công lập ở Việt Nam. Cụ thể như sau:
Thứ nhất, trên cơ sở thực trạng TCĐH trong các cơ sở GDĐH công lập ở Việt Nam, làm rõ thêm các yếu tố bên ngoài và bên trong ảnh hưởng đến tự chủ đại học ở các cơ sở GDĐH công lập, từ đó đánh giá những ưu điểm cũng như những tồn tại bất cập; làm sáng tỏ những nguyên nhân của hạn chế bất cập này.
Thứ hai, Luận án kết hợp nghiên cứu định tính và nghiên cứu định lượng để đánh giá và đo lường ảnh hưởng của TCĐH đối với kết quả đào tạo, NCKH của các cơ sở GDĐH công lập ở Việt Nam giai đoạn 2016-2023.
Thứ ba, đề xuất các giải pháp ưu tiên nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả TCĐH, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo và NCKH của các cơ sở GDĐH công lập ở Việt Nam.
12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:
- Kết quả nghiên cứu, khảo sát của Luận án là cơ sở để chứng minh mức độ ảnh hưởng của TCĐH đối với kết quả đào tạo, NCKH của các cơ sở GDĐH công lập ở Việt Nam, từ đó làm cơ sở cho việc điều chỉnh chính sách, đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả TCĐH nói chung và chất lượng đào tạo, NCKH nói riêng;
- Luận án là công trình nghiên cứu có thể được sử dụng làm tài liệu tham khảo giảng dạy trong các chuyên ngành quản trị học, quản lý giáo dục của các cơ sở GĐĐH.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
The dissertation is a specialized research project on the Influence of University Autonomy factors on the results of training and scientific reseach in public higher education institutions in Vietnam. Specifically, it includes the following:
First, based on the current state of university autonomy in public higher education institutions in Vietnam, it clarifies the external and internal factors affecting university autonomy in these institutions, thereby evaluating both the advantages and the existing shortcomings; it elucidates the causes of these limitations;
Second, the dissertation combines qualitative and quantitative research to assess and measure the impact of university autonomy on the results of training and scientific reseach of public higher education institutions in Vietnam during the period from 2016 to 2023;
Third, it proposes priority solutions to enhance the effectiveness of university autonomy, contributing to the improvement of training quality and scientific research in public higher education institutions in Vietnam.

- The research results and surveys of the dissertation serve as a basis to demonstrate the impact of higher education accreditation on the results of training and scientific reseach of public higher education institutions in Vietnam, thereby providing a foundation for policy adjustments and proposing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of higher education accreditation in general and the quality of training and scientific research in particular;
- The dissertation is a research work that can be used as a reference material for teaching in the fields of management and educational administration at higher education institutions.
